FIND FELLOWSHIP

Page Title

We believe in returning to the biblical origins of the Bible. Not only small congregations as we know were very few, but there were also house fellowships. In the 1st century it was a common practice to meet in homes, as we grow closer to Messiah's return, we will see a reversion back to the simplicity of fellowship once again with believers on fire in unity and love! In Acts we see Priscilla and Aquila had a house congregation (1 Cor 16:19, Rom 16:3,5) and in Philemon 1:2 and Nympha of Laodicea (Col 4:15) as they also broke Passover bread in their homes and went to the temple daily Acts 2:46 with glad and sincere hearts. Even the disciples broke bread together in a house Acts 1:12-15 and also prayed Acts 1:14. While also going to the temple in Acts 2:46 they continued meeting in homes and in Acts 4:31 the place was shaken, and many filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. While Paul and others also went to Synagogues on Saturday the Sabbath Day Acts 17:1-9, but also outside of the city outdoors Acts 16:13. We see both proved to have importance, and as persecution arose, many met in homes. Even teaching all night when a man fell out of the window and was resurrected by God's power through Paul. While we seek to get back to his power, that hunger for God, selfless love, unity, with a holy passion. As they went to the temple when it was standing and house to house teaching Acts 5:42. But first selfish ambition, lust, and greed must be removed along with other fleshly sins Galatians 5:19-21in order to achieveActs 4:32 "All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had."
